Greetings, Iām a Holistic Private Chef living on Cape Ann, with a passion to nourish people. The desire to connect with food has been with me since a young child and has led me to many areas in the culinary field - from local restaurants, to a Vermont farm, to becoming a private estate chef.
I have integrated holistic approaches to my personal lifestyle and share those with clients. Whether you are a busy professional, dealing with a health crisis or just need wholesome meals for your family, I am happy to offer support.
My approach to cooking is inspired by the seasons and sourcing organic, locally grown ingredients whenever possible.
I am well versed in many diets including AIP Paleo , Weston Price, Alkaline, Fodmap, Gluten/dairy free, vegan, ancestral diets and more. I believe we all have the ability to heal when given the right tools and the proper nourishment both body and mind.
